Licence Condition
The licensee must install groundwater monitoring wells at Points 32 and 33 for the purpose of monitoring groundwater up and down gradient of the Main Transpiration Area. The licensee must provide written advice to the EPA's Regional Manager - Hunter at PO Box 488G, Newcastle NSW 2300, or by email to: hunter.region@epa.nsw.gov.au, upon completion of the works and provide an updated plan of the premises illustrating the location of the monitoring wells installed. Date for completion: 30 April 2015. Note: Monitoring required in respect of Points 32 and 33 under condition M2.3 does not commence until these groundwater monitoring wells have been installed.
